Thousands gather from all over to see them unwrapped, opened, and enjoyed. The annual event in the UNESCO heart of Trujillo is a cheese lover’s fantasy. 300+ varieties from all over Spain waiting to be savored with wines from the region. A reverie that makes other pageants seem, well, not cheesy enough.
